World Refill Day

World Refill Day on 16 June is a global campaign aiming to prevent plastic pollution and help people live with less waste. It encourages people to help make single-use plastics a thing of the past, by refilling and reusing bottles and containers. Aussie of the Month partner, Pilot Pen Australia, provides a range of refillable pens and pens made from recycled materials, to reduce single-use plastic and plastic waste.

Activity Idea

Challenge students to find innovative and effective ways they can refill and reuse different bottles and containers. See who can come up with the best way or most number of vessels to refill and reuse. Could any be implemented in your school?
